BILL O’NEAL
 LEAD PASTOR

A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, my background is in sales and marketing, especially public relations.  Although I earned my Master of Divinity degree in 2007, was ordained as an Elder in the United Methodist Church in 2010,  I  have been serving as a Pastor since 2004.

My Spiritual Gifts are prophecy, pastor/teacher, leadership, message of wisdom, and evangelism.

According to the Strengths Finder 2.0 Assessment Report, my top five strengths are Connectedness, Futuristic, Belief, Input, and Ideation.  Along with discovering one’s spiritual gifts, I think everyone should take the Strengths Assessment as well.  This is a great way to discern who God has created you to be, and what tools God has given you to be fruitful in Jesus’ mission to make disciples!  Let’s get together to discuss your gifts and strengths.

I’m passionate about sharing Jesus’ message of hope, peace and joy and the fact that God is yearning to have a relationship with everyone!

Hobbies:

Anything to do with water—fishing, canoeing, boating, swimming.  I like camping and blazing uncharted trails in the woods, too.

The World is my Parish

I currently serve as a chaplain with the Lincoln County Ambulance District, am the Secretary of the Greater Troy Ministerial Alliance, and serve as a Board Member of the Troy Chamber of Commerce.  I also serve on the Gateway Regional District Committee on Ministry.
